Weekly sessions are most common, as they help build momentum, consistency, and a strong therapeutic rhythm. That said, we can adjust based on your needs and financial resources. Some clients prefer to come fortnightly, monthly, or on an as-needed basis—we’ll find a pace that works for you.

Some people come for a handful of sessions (that’s all they’ve needed), others for a few months, and some stay longer. There’s no one-size-fits-all—we’ll keep checking in to make sure the pace and depth feel right for you.

Yes—secure sessions via Zoom, Teams, FaceTime or phone. Some clients join from private spaces like cars or outdoors. Flexibility matters.
Yes. Unless there is serious risk of harm or legal obligation. We’ll discuss this clearly in our first session.
